- International shipping is 7-14 business days
-Domestic shipping is 2-7 business days
Processing will take 2-4 business days for the order to be shipped out .
*If order is placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday your order will be processed on the next available business day.*
Packages Will be sent via USPS.
Tracking Information will become available within 24-48 hours and you can track your package on USPS website (www.usps.com)
*If you don’t receive a tracking number within 72 hours call 501-697-8242
After your order is processed, you cannot make changes to the order.
RETURN POLICY
Please provide a reason why you are returning item.
Hair and the original package seal MUST NOT be opened, altered, or tampered with.
The hair must not have been combed through or worn in order to get a refund; or an exchange.
You must return the item within 14 DAYS to receive exchange or refund.
After we receive the return, we will inspect the package and hair before issuing refund back.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON WIGS
Make sure that all billing AND shipping information match the card used for purchase.
The Wig Mafia is not responsible for any lost returns.
The Wig Mafia is also not responsible for any coloring not done by The Wig Mafia.
